Drivers deliver general freight via intermodal containers to and from rail yard or port and warehouses. Freight is no touch, mostly live load/unload. Dedicated customer. Drivers average 5-8 loads per week. Mostly single stops. Schedule is Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays when available. Rare overnights. Drivers average 10-14 hours per shift. Company assigns dedicated trucks.
$800-$1,000 per week average

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
