Server
We are looking for Friendly, Organized, Efficient, Hard Working and Reliable Food Servers to join our team!
To do this, our servers must be able to do these things well:
- Have great communication skills
- Ask good questions to make sure the orders are accurate
- Have excellent menu knowledge to be able to ask the good questions
- Have great sense of urgency to be able to manage their tables and side work
- Have the desire to deliver the best service they can to each and every table
- Be able to build a rapport with our guests to help create a positive dining experience
- Have the ability to suggestively sell alcohol, appetizers, and desserts
- Be on time and in a good mood for their shifts
- Understand that guest experience is built by a team and not by themselves alone
- Add to our culture and environment by bringing a friendly, team first mentalityand not detract from it by bringing personal issues, gossip or drama to work
- Run hot food when it's ready
- Have great table maintenance- no dirty plates, and drink glasses always full
- Have accurate and precise cash handling skills
Qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

- 16 years or older
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
