Maintenance Technician
Reports to:
Maintenance DirectorJob Overview:
Assists the Maintenance Director with all work of the Maintenance Department and ensures departmental compliance with Federal, State, county and local rules and regulations.
Learns and can assist in the operationalizing of the Emergency Preparedness Plan Program and effectively plans and supports the community environmental service needs.
Assists in the maintenance of all parts of the Community, inside and outside, to keep it in an attractive, functional, and safe condition.
Drives and assists residents to and from appointments and community scheduled outings in company vehicles.

Camellia Place is looking for an exceptional Maintenance Assistant/Driver (Non CDL) to be a part of our team!Qualified applicants must have experience and proficiency in general grounds maintenance and cleaning.
This position will also act as a transportation specialist to drive residents to and from appointments.
Experience working in an assisted living facility or senior living is a plus!We offer:
